Study Team
This Elfen mission, based on a study proposed by J. A. Carter from the University of Leicester for the UKSA IBF-RFI call (International Bi-lateral Fund), would involve a new partnership between the University of Leicester and the University of Michigan, which would provide the T-FIPS instrument. It would strengthen existing links with NASA in the area of space weather, and would enable the University of Michigan to build the next generation high-mass ion spectrometers. It would also strengthen existing links with European universities and research institutes, and support early career researchers and engineers to develop their skills and knowledge regarding commercial CubeSat technology.
